Field

With over 30 years of field experience, it is important to keep the design team in check with a practicality review to ensure their design is feasible/constructable. During construction, I am the eyes and the ears of the owner to point out anything before it goes wrong. A second set of experienced eyes can save the project days, weeks, months, and lots of money.

Impact Reports

Meeting Minutes have a place in the industry, but everyone can agree that they are not perfect. Impact Reports that highlight which items are critical, becoming critical, and general items that are being tracked focus the conversation of meetings to resolve what is most crucial. This approach saves the project time, money, and stress. 

Solutions First

Focus on getting things solved instead of what created the issue. Things happen during design and construction, and having a quick action response with a solution saves all parties. Whether it is empowering the contractors to create a solution, work with the design team on practical design remedies, or helping the owner in providing good direction, I am here to get it built.
